About Me
Most of my clients come to me carrying more than just sore muscles. They’re exhausted, tense, and looking for something beyond a standard massage.
My work isn’t about rushing through techniques. It’s about slowing everything down so your body and nervous system can truly reset.
I’m Katie Holling — the hands (and sometimes feet) behind Woven Roots Bodywork in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
With over a decade of experience, 1,200+ hours of training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, certifications in cupping, and ongoing training in Sarga Bodywork, I’ve built a style that feels distinctly different. My sessions are unhurried, deeply intentional, and combine skilled hands-on work with barefoot techniques to create a depth of release most people have never experienced.
Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from sleep-deprived new parents and overworked first responders to people recovering from injuries and chronic stress — and even two future astronauts. While each client’s needs are different, my focus is always the same: helping your body breathe, settle, and feel renewed in a way that lasts well beyond the table.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually wrangling my two little girls, wandering a trail with an iced chai in hand, sneaking in a workout, or getting lost in an audiobook — partly to unwind, partly to keep my ADHD brain from spinning in six directions.
